Cloudflare Opens Waitlist for Fully Managed Cloudflare OS Deployments Cloudflare has opened a waitlist for fully managed deployments of Cloudflare OS, its open-source agent workspace platform. Alongside the managed hosting option, the company introduced new capabilities including GitHub repository integration, Google Workspace connections, and expanded export formats. Cloudflare opened a waitlist for a fully managed Cloudflare OS deployment option handled through the Cloudflare dashboard. Users can connect GitHub repositories to allow agents to review code, fix bugs, commit changes, and submit pull requests. Updates to the Google Workspace Gatekeeper enable agents to interact with Gmail and access Google Drive files. Built-in documents, presentations, and spreadsheets can now export to formats including Excel, CSV, PDF, Markdown, and HTML. Fully Managed Deployments While Cloudflare OS remains open source and deployable within a user's own Cloudflare account, the newly introduced fully managed option automates configuration, maintenance, and operations. Organizations configure access rules via Cloudflare Access, designate AI Gateways, specify custom domains, and define organizational context, leaving deployment infrastructure management to Cloudflare. GitHub and Google Workspace Integrations Cloudflare OS expanded beyond task automation and document authoring to interface with external development and workplace systems. Agents can now connect to GitHub repositories to search code, apply fixes, and push commits or pull requests. Concurrently, improvements to the Google Workspace Gatekeeper Worker allow agents to read Gmail threads, draft or send messages, and reference files across Google Drive. Expanded Export Formats The platform's native document, presentation, and spreadsheet editors now support exports to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), CSV, PDF, Markdown, and HTML, with Word and PowerPoint support planned. Custom tools created within Cloudflare OS can also generate tailored export options, such as calendar files (.ics), upon request.

We’ve also spent the last month expanding what people and agents can do in Cloudflare OS. Here are a few highlights. When we launched Cloudflare OS, we focused first on work outside software development: creating documents and slides, automating tasks, and building collaborative tools. Agents could write code for an app, but they could not work with code in an existing Git repository. You can now connect an existing GitHub repository to Cloudflare OS. Ask your agent to explore the codebase, fix a bug, add a feature, or open a pull request. It can search and edit files, review its changes, create commits, and push them to GitHub. For many organizations, work starts and ends in Google Workspace. Decisions live in email threads, context lives in Google Drive, analysis happens in Sheets, and teams coordinate through Calendar. Agents need to do work across those systems too. You can also connect your entire Google Drive, a specific folder, or an individual doc or sheet. Work often needs to move into the formats your team already uses. Finance may need an Excel spreadsheet, and a report may need to become a PDF before sending to a customer. The built-in document, presentation, and spreadsheet experiences can now export work to familiar formats. Depending on what you create, you can export to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), CSV, PDF, Markdown, or HTML. Microsoft Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) export is coming soon. Tools you build can also define their own export formats. Tell the agent what you need, like “let me download this schedule as a calendar file (.ics)”, and it’ll add the option to the tool’s export menu. Cloudflare OS is open source and available today.
